Durante esta mañana, SEGA anuncio los últimos títulos para SEGA Genesis mini y Mega Drive Mini. Originalmente serían 10 títulos, pero en el livestream que se llevo a cabo en el canal oficial de SEGA of Japan, se anunciaron 2 títulos más como bonus: Darius y Tetris, quedando por conformar la lista de juegos a 42.

Además, durante la trasmisión, anunciaron un par de accesorios para Mega Drive Mini con finales totalmente estéticos: Mega Drive Tower Mini. Una recreación de la SEGA CD, SEGA 32x y un cartucho de Sonic the Hedgehog. Todas estas piezas se pueden apilar para formar la "SEGA Tower of Power" pero en escala pequeña.
Estos accesorios están confirmados para ser lanzados en Japón. Costará 3,980 yenes. Se lanzará el mismo día que la Mega Drive Mini, el 19 de septiembre.
Por último, anunciaron la Mega Drive Mini Bag, un bolso para llevar y/o guardar la mini consola. En su interior entran la consola, dos controles y los accesorios. Se lanzará también el 19 de septiembre y costará US$39,99.
